Express checkout is a fast and convenient way for your customers to pay using methods they already trust — like Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Amazon Pay or saved credit cards — directly on your product pages and shopping cart.
With Stripe express checkout enabled in your store, shoppers can complete their purchase in just a few clicks — skipping steps like entering their shipping or billing details every time.

How to find and enable the Stripe express checkout
You only need a Stripe account and a few minutes. If you already have Stripe connected to your store, jump straight to step 4:

Go to your Store Manager dashboard;

Select Settings from the side menu and click Payments;

Enable Stripe by following the instructions to connect your account.

Once Stripe is active, or if it’s already connected to your account, click on Stripe as your payment gateway to open the Stripe management screen.

5. Toggle Express Checkout ON and enter the Publishable key for Express Checkout that can be found in your Stripe account by following the steps below:
a. Connect it to your Stripe account.
b. The fastest way to find this key is to open this page. You should already be logged in to your account to be able to open this link.
c. The key can also be found from the dashboard footer. In the Stripe dashboard, select the developers option:

Then, select the option “API Keys”:

Finally, copy the API key as bellow to the input field in Store manager:

6. Done! Express checkout will now be visible on product pages and shopping cart.
Note: Some payment methods, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, may not be available to customers whose browsers or devices do not support them.
How to enable Apple Pay for your store
To make Apple Pay available in your store, follow these steps:

Go to the Payment method domains page, click Add a new domain.

Enter your domain name.

Click Save and continue.

Access your site preview mode to see how express checkout buttons look on your product pages and shopping cart.

You can edit the text that appears above the express checkout buttons.

Enter the product page and in the product Section settings, and find Express checkout. If you update the Text above buttons field, it will change the message shown above the Express Checkout buttons in the product section.


Troubleshooting Express Checkout
If a yellow message appears, it means:
-
Your Stripe account is not fully connected;
-
Or the publishable key is incorrect;
-
Or Express Checkout is not enabled in the editor.

Update Security Key
In cases when you have any reasons to believe that you might have exposed your security key, please follow these steps to update your Security Key to make sure your information is safe and secure:
- Go to your Store Manager dashboard
- Select Settings from the side menu and click Payments
- Click on Stripe as your payment gateway to open the Stripe management screen.

- Connect it to your Stripe account.
- The fastest way to find this key is to open this page. You should already be logged in to your account to be able to open this link.
- The key can also be found from the dashboard footer. In the Stripe dashboard, select the developers option:

- Then, select the option “API Keys”:

- Finally, select Create secret key to create a new one. Do not forget to delete the existing Publishable Key.

- Copy the new API key as bellow to the input field in Store manager:
