Gmail Business works like magic with other Google products, allowing users to perform a variety of tasks without having to micromanage different applications.
Users can schedule a Google Meet and manage their Google Tasks in the same interface, as well as connect third-party apps such as Slack and Zoom to Gmail.
Security wise, it comes with an ad-free interface and advanced security features to filter out and block spam, phishing, and malware.
This is coupled with the use of a custom email domain, so your company’s email address will look credible and professional.
Since remote working is becoming the new norm for some companies, Google Workspace features all the tools you need to accommodate your video meeting needs.
For instance, you can view your co-worker’s availability through shared calendars when scheduling meetings. Screen-sharing while video chatting with others is also possible, making presentations a breeze to set up.
Collaborating with your team has never been more efficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. With a built-in chat tool, you can communicate with colleagues while working on a document at the same time.
With the use of comments, users can make suggestions or assign tasks. All the changes done to the document will be recorded, so you can see who made the edits.
Depending on the plan, Google offers cloud storage starting from 30GB per user. You can access your Google Drive via desktop, and mobile devices, allowing for on-the-go file management.

Google will also notify when potential security threats come up so that admins can investigate the issues as soon as they arise.
