Check four areas to fix them: payment provider availability, Stripe and Express checkout, shipping and checkout display, and buyer payment errors. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/ai-builder\">Hostinger AI Builder<\/a> websites use the same fixes when they&rsquo;re connected to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/ecommerce\">Hostinger Ecommerce<\/a>.<\/p><h2 data-path-to-node=\"6\" id=\"h-payment-gateway-not-appearing\">Payment gateway not appearing<\/h2><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">If a specific <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/6538413-hostinger-ecommerce-online-payment-gateways\/\">payment provider<\/a> is missing from your store settings, it is often due to regional or account-type restrictions.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Stripe:<\/b> Verify that your store&rsquo;s country is <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/stripe.com\/global\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">supported by Stripe<\/a>. This now happens automatically when you enable Express checkout: no need to go into Stripe manually. If you had Express checkout enabled before this update, you can submit your domain with one click from <strong>Store settings &rarr; Payments &rarr; Stripe<\/strong>. Make sure you have a Hostinger domain connected, Apple Pay requires a verified domain.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Express Checkout warning:<\/b> If a yellow warning appears in the editor, ensure your <b data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"81\">Publishable key<\/b> is correct and that your Stripe account connection is fully completed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Testing limitations:<\/b> Stripe payments may not function correctly in <b data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"67\">Preview<\/b> mode.
