The number of installments available depends on the brand and, in some cases, your bank.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\"><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Installment payments are only available on the brands listed below. PIX, Boleto, and debit cards do not support installments &mdash; only credit cards do.<\/span><\/div><h2 id=\"h-how-to-pay-in-installments\"><b>How to pay in installments<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The installment option is not shown by default at checkout. Follow the steps below to access it:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you have a<\/span><b>saved credit card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on your account, remove it first. Go to<\/span><b>Billing &rarr; Payment Methods<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and delete the saved card. This step is required to see the installment option.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Also make sure to<\/span><b>disable automatic renewal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">for the service you&rsquo;re paying for, under<\/span><b>Billing &rarr; Subscriptions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proceed to checkout for the service you want to pay.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At the payment screen, click<\/span><b>&ldquo;Other payment methods&rdquo;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">instead of using a saved card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select<\/span><b>Credit card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and enter your card details. The<\/span><b>installment options<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">will now appear for you to choose from.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select your preferred number of installments and complete the purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #feedaf80;border-color: #fbc91633\"><b>&#9888;&#65039; Important:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Once a payment has been completed in full (in a single charge), it <\/span><b>cannot be changed to installments afterwards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Your financial institution may add interest on top of this when processing installments &mdash; the final per-installment amount, including all fees, will always be shown at checkout before you confirm.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-frequently-asked-questions\"><b>Frequently Asked Questions<\/b><\/h2><h4><strong>I don&rsquo;t see the installment option at checkout &mdash; what do I need to do?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The installment option only appears when you select <\/span><b>&ldquo;Other payment methods&rdquo;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at checkout and enter your card details manually. When a card is saved to your account, the system defaults to charging it in full automatically &mdash; so you&rsquo;ll need to remove it first. Go to <\/span><b>Billing &rarr; Payment Methods<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, delete the saved card, then proceed to checkout and click &ldquo;Other payment methods.&rdquo; From there, enter your card details and the installment options will appear.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>The installment price shown on the plan page is different from what I see at checkout &mdash; why?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The price shown on the plan page (e.g. &ldquo;12x of R$ 55.99&rdquo;) reflects Hostinger&rsquo;s base charge split across 12 months, before any fees. Your financial institution may add interest on top of this when processing installments, which is why the final per-installment amount can be slightly higher at checkout. Hostinger itself does not charge interest. The final amount will always be shown at checkout before you confirm.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>I accidentally paid in full instead of in installments. Can I change it?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once a payment has been completed as a single charge, it cannot be converted to installments automatically &mdash; but our support team can help! You can use installments for renewals. To do so, make sure to <\/span><b>disable automatic renewal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for the service first (under <\/span><b>Billing &rarr; Subscriptions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) and remove any saved payment method. Then manually renew from <\/span><b>Billing &rarr; Subscriptions &rarr; Renew now<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, select &ldquo;Other payment methods&rdquo; at checkout, and choose your installment option.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>My card invoice shows a higher amount than Hostinger&rsquo;s hPanel invoice. Why?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is expected! Hostinger&rsquo;s hPanel invoice always shows the base price of the service, <\/span><b>without<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the interest added by your financial institution. Your card invoice, on the other hand, reflects the total amount including that interest. Both invoices refer to the same purchase &mdash; the difference is simply the interest applied by your financial institution when processing the installments.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>Can I pay with PIX or Boleto in installments?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No. Installments are only available for <\/span><b>credit card<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> payments on Hostinger&rsquo;s LATAM brands (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico).
