It allows individuals and businesses to send and receive money electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week &mdash; including weekends and holidays &mdash; in just seconds.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\"><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> PIX is available exclusively on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/br\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hostinger.com\/br<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Hostinger&rsquo;s Brazilian brand. Purchases on other Hostinger regional brands (such as hostinger.com) do not support PIX as a payment method.<\/span><\/div><h2 id=\"h-how-to-pay-with-pix-at-hostinger\"><b>How to pay with PIX at Hostinger<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Hostinger, PIX payments are processed via <\/span><b>QR Code<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. If the issue persists after 2 hours, please reach out to our support team.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-frequently-asked-questions\"><b>Frequently Asked Questions<\/b><\/h2><h4><strong>I paid via PIX but my plan or domain is not showing up. What do I do?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In some cases, there can be a brief delay between your payment being confirmed and your service being activated. Wait a few minutes and refresh your hPanel. If nothing has changed after two hours, contact our support team with your payment screenshot and we&rsquo;ll look into it for you.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>My PIX QR Code expired before I could pay. Can I get a new one?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yes. Simply return to the checkout page and go through the process again &mdash; a new QR Code will be generated for you. There is no charge for generating a new code.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>Can I request a refund for a purchase made with PIX?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yes, eligible purchases can be refunded in accordance with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/legal\/refund-policy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hostinger&rsquo;s Refund Policy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (generally within 30 days of the transaction). PIX refunds are sent back to the same PIX account used for the original payment and typically arrive within 2&ndash;3 days. Please note that not all products are eligible for refunds &mdash; check the refund policy for details.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>My bank shows the PIX payment was completed, but Hostinger says it&rsquo;s still pending. What&rsquo;s happening?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Occasionally, there can be a short delay between your bank processing the payment and it being reflected on our end. This is usually resolved within two hours. If your payment still appears as pending after that, please contact our support team and share your payment confirmation screenshot &mdash; we&rsquo;ll investigate it for you.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>Can I pay an existing invoice with PIX?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yes! As long as you have a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/br\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hostinger.com\/br<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> account, you can use PIX to pay any open invoice &mdash; including renewals and pending charges. Simply go to your billing area, select the invoice you&rsquo;d like to pay, and choose PIX as your payment method.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>Is PIX available for automatic renewals?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PIX does not support automatic renewals at this time. Each PIX payment requires a new QR Code to be scanned manually. If you&rsquo;d like your services to renew automatically, we recommend using a credit or debit card as your payment method.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>I made a PIX payment but the domain I wanted was registered by someone else. What happened?<\/strong><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Domain availability can change very quickly. If a domain was available when you started checkout but became unavailable by the time the registration was processed (for example, due to a delay or an expired QR Code), the registration may not have gone through.
