downloaded attachments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-troubleshooting\"><b>Troubleshooting<\/b><\/h2><p><b>A link shows as clicked, but the recipient didn&rsquo;t click it<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Some email security systems automatically scan links, and files. This can register as an open or click even if the recipient did not interact with it.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-tips-for-better-deliverability\"><b>Tips for better deliverability<\/b><\/h2><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avoid sending too many tracked links or files in one email<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Use tracking only when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Send emails only to recipients who expect them<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ensure email deliverability while using link and file tracking Excessive use of link and file tracking can affect the deliverability of your emails. Sparing use of tracked link and file tracking will make sure that the spam filters don&rsquo;t categorize your emails as spam.
