If you are registering a .br<\/b> domain (including .com.br, .org.br<\/b>, etc.), you may get the CPF is already in use. Enter unique CPF<\/i> message:<\/p>

This means that the CPF entered has already been previously used. For security reasons, each CPF\/CNPJ can only be associated with one Hostinger account. To solve this, you need to register the domain with a different CPF or CNPJ<\/b>.<\/p>

It can be that you have another Hostinger account<\/b> where you’ve used the CPF\/CNPJ for domain registration previously. If you want to use the same CPF\/CNPJ for the new domain registration, you should cancel that new domain order<\/a><\/b> while the domain is refundable and create it again on the account with the CPF associated with it.<\/p>

How to Check Which Domains Are Registered Under Your CPF\/CNPJ<\/strong><\/p>

If you’re unsure which Hostinger account your CPF\/CNPJ is linked to, you can check your registered domains directly from the Registro.br panel. Here’s how:<\/p>

  1. Go to registro.br<\/a> and log in using the CPF or CNPJ you are trying to use to register a domain at Hostinger. If this is your first time logging in or you can’t remember your password, click on “I can’t remember or I don’t have the password” and reset it.<\/li>\n
  2. Once logged in, click on “Domains” at the top of the page.<\/li>\n
  3. Take a screenshot of the list of domains that appear and share it with our support team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
