To register this domain on Hostinger, transfer your other BR domains to your account in our system&rdquo;:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2022\/07\/9aeee5e7-86ca-4d20-8d07-a407d93b2f06.jpg\" alt=\"An error message shown while registering a .BR domain \"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">This error message means that you have previously registered a<b> .BR <\/b>domain <b>using the same CPF\/CNPJ<\/b>, either in <b>Registro.br <\/b>(the<b> .BR<\/b> registration authority) or another vendor.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To solve this, you need to <b>set the domain vendor on Registro.br to Hostinger<\/b>. To do so, log in to your <b><a href=\"https:\/\/registro.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Registro.br<\/a> <\/b>account and change the <b>vendor<\/b> (br. <i>provedor<\/i>) to <b>HSTDOMAINS (127) <\/b>&ndash; it&rsquo;s our vendor code at <b>Registro.br<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\"><b>NOTE<\/b><\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">This change needs to be applied to your <b>previously registered domains only<\/b>; the new domain <b>won&rsquo;t be listed in your Registro.BR account <\/b>yet, as it is still pending activation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h_7ab8399c9c\">How to Log in to Registro.br<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Go to the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/registro.br\/login\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Registro.br login<\/a> <\/b>page and enter your credentials. You can use your CPF\/CNPJ as a username or click on &ldquo;I don&rsquo;t remember&rdquo; to perform a search by e-mail address.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">If you don&rsquo;t know your password, you can request to reset it on the same page:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2022\/07\/fd0d1c84-ac17-4494-97c5-705a6f2d88a7.jpg\" alt=\"Resetting the password of a Registro.br account\"><\/div><h2 id=\"h_392cd50687\">How to Change the Domain Vendor<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Once you&rsquo;ve successfully logged in, set <b>Hostinger<\/b> as your domain service provider at <b>Registro.br<\/b> by following this tutorial: <b><a href=\"\/support\/6758798-how-to-set-up-the-service-provider-for-br-domains\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">How to Set Up Service Provider for .BR Domains<\/a><\/b><\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">If the domain has a different provider instead of <b>None<\/b>, you should first set it to <b>Nenhum (0)<\/b>, wait a few hours and then change it to <b>HSTDOMAINS (127)<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Registro.br<\/b> requires all domains under the same CPF\/CNPJ to be registered to the same vendor. In case you have other domains, you will need to provisionally <b>set all of them to HSTDOMAINS (127)<\/b> to complete the registration process. Once done, you can change them back again.
