With the Delivery Logs feature for Hostinger Email, you can easily get detailed information about the delivery <\/b>of the messages sent from your email accounts. Navigate to the Email<\/a><\/b> Accounts section<\/b><\/a> <\/b>and choose Email Logs<\/b> on the left sidebar:<\/p>

And select the Delivery tab<\/b>:<\/p>

There, you will find a table showing the email messages, when they were sent or received<\/b>, when it happened and the delivery status.<\/p>

\n<\/p>

Logs are available for 30 days<\/b> and you can filter<\/b> them by:<\/p>

    Type<\/b>: Inbound (incoming), or outbound (ougtoing)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Status<\/b>: Successful or failed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Sender<\/b>: enter a specific email address<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Recipient<\/b>: select any your emails from the dropdown list<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Date <\/b>range<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    The log contains the following sections<\/b>:<\/p>

      Time<\/b> – when the message was sent\/received<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Sender <\/b>– the sender’s email address<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      To<\/b> – the recipient’s email address<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Status <\/b>– <\/b>the status indicating if the email was delivered or not<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Spam <\/b>– <\/b>this section shows if the email is marked as spam<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

      Click on the rightward arrow<\/b> to for additional information:<\/p>

      If the email was sent to more than one recipient, it would show the status of each, and the result from the mail server, including any error message.<\/p>
