This helps you confirm if your message was received and viewed.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Before you start<\/b><\/h3><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Email tracking is available only on selected Hostinger Mail plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tracking is <\/span><b>disabled by default<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and must be enabled for each email<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-enable-email-tracking\"><b>Enable email tracking<\/b><\/h2><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open Hostinger Mail and click <\/span><b>New message<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Compose your email<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the <\/span><b>eye icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Enable tracking) at the bottom of the composer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Make sure the icon turns <\/span><b>green<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click 400\">Once enabled, you will receive notifications when the email is opened.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-check-who-opened-your-email\"><b>Check who opened your email<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can view email tracking details in two ways:<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Option 1: From notifications<\/b><\/h3><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the <\/span><b>eye icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in the top bar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">View recent email opens in the notifications panel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click a notification to open full tracking details<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
