If you use Hostinger Website Builder<\/b>, you can upload files to the media library<\/b> and make them downloadable with a single click on a website’s menu link<\/a>, button<\/a>, text<\/a>, or image<\/a>.<\/p>

Adding a download link to the website’s menu bar<\/h2>

1. Within the editor, expand the Pages and navigation <\/b>panel on the left and click Add link<\/b>:<\/p>

2. Under the Name in navigation<\/b>, insert the link name that’ll be shown in the menu bar (e.g., Download e-book<\/i>). Under the Link to<\/b>, select File download<\/b> and click Select file<\/b>. Pick a file from the media library or upload a new one from your device:<\/p>

Linking a file to a button<\/h2>

1. Within the editor, click on a button element that you want to link to a file, and click Edit button<\/b>.<\/p>

2. Under the Button text<\/b>, insert the name of a button (e.g., Download e-book<\/i>). Under the Link to<\/b>, select File download<\/b> and then click on Select file<\/b>. Pick a file from the media library or upload a new one from your device:<\/p>

4. Click outside the button settings box <\/b>(the changes are saved automatically) <\/b>and update your website<\/a>.<\/p>

Hyperlinking a text with a file<\/h2>

1. Within the editor, find the preferred text element, select the text<\/b> you want to hyperlink, and click the link icon<\/b> (the chain symbol).<\/p>

2. Under the Link to<\/b>, select File download<\/b>, and then click on Select file<\/b>. Pick a file from the media library or upload a new one from your device:<\/p>
