You can use Facebook&rsquo;s Event Setup Tool to add standard events and parameters without the need to code.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">1. <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events_manager2\/list\/pixel\/000000000000000\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Follow this link<\/a><\/b> to open your pixels list.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">2. Select the pixel you&rsquo;d like to use and open its <b>Settings<\/b>. Scroll down to find the section <b>Event Setup <\/b>and click <b>Open Event Setup Tool<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2022\/08\/b19e6f63-917e-48ef-b98b-165cb22880e2.jpg\" alt=\"Event Setup tool on the Meta Business page\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">3. Enter your website&rsquo;s URL and click <b>Open Website<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2022\/08\/b8ef4ee6-e94b-4813-8725-ed8fda5ccc6b.jpg\" alt=\"Setting up Facebook Pixel events\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">The Event Setup Tool will launch in your browser. You may need to temporarily disable ad blocking extensions on your webpage for this.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">4. Click <b>Review<\/b> by each suggested event, then select <b>Confirm<\/b> or <b>Dismiss<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">5. To add events that don&rsquo;t show up in the suggested list, navigate your website as usual to find the buttons or web pages you want. Select <b>Track New Button <\/b>or <b>Track a URL<\/b> and follow the onscreen instructions:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2022\/08\/5ef2fb4d-2d3f-4e9c-a3b0-34ab2aa71f3c.jpg\" alt=\"Setting up Facebook Pixel events\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\"><b>NOTE<\/b>: When you set up an event on a button, you&rsquo;re adding the event to all buttons with the same or similar text on your website<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">6. Select an event and set up parameters for your event:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Set up value and currency parameters<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Under <b>Value<\/b>, select <b>Choose value on page<\/b> if you want to add a value parameter<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The tool will highlight prices on your web page: select the value (price) that corresponds to the event<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Under <b>Currency<\/b>, select your currency from the dropdown menu<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Set up the content ID and the content type parameters<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click <b>Add Content ID and Content Type<\/b> to set up those parameters with your event<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select <b>Choose content ID on page<\/b> if your content ID (product\/category ID or title) is visible on your web page <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select <b>Extract content ID from URL<\/b> if your content ID shows up in your website URL<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If you have multiple content IDs on the page, add any two of them using <b>Add another content ID<\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Follow the on-screen instructions to set your content ID<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select the content type (a group of products, SKU, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click <b>Confirm<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">7.
