If you want to switch from nexos.ai to a different provider or check if your OpenClaw<\/b> setup (or any other project using AI) is correctly configured, you can manage your settings directly through hPanel<\/b>.<\/p>

Instead of using terminal commands or editing configuration files via SSH, the most efficient way to manage these settings is through the Docker Manager<\/b> environment variables. This ensures that your API keys are correctly injected into the container environment and persist across updates.<\/p>

Before you start<\/h1>

  • Ensure you have a running OpenClaw container (or any other AI-based Docker application) in your Docker Manager.<\/li>\n
  • Obtain a valid API key from your chosen provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Step 1 – Remove the nexos.ai configuration<\/h1>

    To disable nexos.ai credits, remove the existing API key:<\/p>

    1. Go to hPanel<\/strong> → VPS<\/strong> → Manage<\/strong> → Docker Manager → Projects<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Locate your OpenClaw or AI container and click Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Navigate to the Environment variables<\/strong> (.env<\/code>) section and click to expand it.<\/li>\n
    4. Find the NEXOS_API_KEY<\/code> variable and click the bin icon<\/strong> to remove it.

      Step 2 – Configure a new AI provider<\/h2>

      To add a new provider like OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI, follow these steps:<\/p>

      1. In the same Environment variables section, click + Environment<\/strong> to create a new variable.<\/li>\n
      2. Enter the variable name required by your specific model:\n

        1. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY<\/code> for Anthropic<\/li>\n
        2. <\/code>OPENAI_API_KEY<\/code> for OpenAI<\/li>\n
        3. XAI_API_KEY<\/code> for xAI.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Paste your corresponding API key into the Value<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n
        5. Click Save and deploy <\/strong>to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
