The cost per message scales with complexity &ndash; a short question uses fewer credits than a detailed 1,500-word blog post request. Follow-up messages in a longer conversation may also cost slightly more as the agent works with a larger context.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You don&rsquo;t need to track or calculate any of this manually. Your conversations and previous results are still there &ndash; you just can&rsquo;t send new messages.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To restore your balance: wait for your monthly reset at the start of each billing cycle, or purchase a top-up inside the app.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"Getting-the-most-from your-credits\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Getting the most from your credits<\/span><\/h2><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be specific &mdash; a focused request produces a useful result in fewer messages than a vague one.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Use skills &mdash; the guided question flow means the agent gets context upfront rather than through back-and-forth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Monitor your balance &mdash; it&rsquo;s always visible in the app, so you won&rsquo;t be caught off guard mid-project.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-subscriptions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Subscriptions<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hostinger Agents subscriptions are refundable. If you&rsquo;re not satisfied, you can request a refund through your account or by contacting support.
