Adding collaborators to your Hostinger Reach plan allows other people to help you create, manage, and optimize your email marketing. This is especially useful if you work with a freelancer, agency, or team member.<\/span><\/p>

Note:<\/b> The Collaborators feature is available only on <\/span>paid<\/b> Hostinger Reach plans. Free plans do not support account sharing.<\/span><\/div>

What Is the Collaborators Feature?<\/b><\/h3>

The Collaborators feature allows you to grant another Hostinger user access to your Reach plan so they can:<\/span><\/p>

    \n
  • Access your Reach dashboard<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Create and manage email campaigns<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Set up and edit automations<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Manage contacts, segments<\/span>\n

    <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Only for <\/span><\/i>Admin<\/i><\/b> level permissions:<\/span><\/i> manage billing-related actions Such as purchase additional AI credits, upgrade your plan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

    How to Share Access to Your Reach Plan<\/b><\/h2>

    If you are the owner of a Reach plan, follow these steps to grant access to someone else.<\/span><\/p>

    Step 1: Open the Collaborators Option<\/b><\/h3>
      \n
    1. Log in to your <\/span>Hostinger Reach dashboard<\/b>\n<\/b>

      <\/p><\/li>\n

    2. Click your <\/span>profile dropdown<\/b> in the top-right corner<\/span>\n

      <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

    3. Select <\/span>Add Collaborators<\/b>

      If you are on a <\/span>free plan<\/b>, this feature will be locked and you will be prompted to upgrade.<\/span><\/p>

      If you are on a <\/span>paid plan<\/b>, you will be redirected to the <\/span>hPanel Account Sharing<\/b> page.<\/span>

      \n<\/span>Step 2: Enter Collaborator Details<\/b><\/p>

      On the Account Sharing page:<\/span><\/p>

      1. Enter the <\/span>email address<\/b> of the person you want to grant access to<\/span>\n

        • The person should have an active <\/span>Hostinger account<\/b>\n<\/b>

          <\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        • Select the <\/span>permission role<\/b>\n<\/b>

          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Choose the services you want to share<\/span>\n

          <\/p><\/span>\n

          • If you have a <\/span>domain connected to Reach<\/b>, enter the domain name to quickly find the correct plan.<\/span>\n

            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

          • If no domain is connected yet, you’ll see the <\/span>Reach plan title<\/b>, which you can select as the managed service.<\/span>\n

            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

          • Confirm and send the invitation<\/span>\n

            <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

            The invited person will receive an email and must accept the invitation to gain access.<\/span><\/p>

            Important: Sharing Website or Domain Access<\/b><\/h3>

            If your Reach plan is connected (or will be connected) to:<\/span><\/p>

              \n
            • A Hostinger Website Builder site<\/span>\n

              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

            • A WordPress website<\/span>\n

              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

            • A domain<\/span>\n

              <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

              You must also grant access to those specific services separately in Managed services.<\/span><\/p>

              Giving access only to the Reach plan <\/span>does not automatically grant access<\/b> to connected domains or websites.<\/span><\/p>

              Without additional permissions, your collaborator will not be able to:<\/span><\/p>

              • Connect domains<\/span>\n

                <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

              • Manage website integrations<\/span>\n

                <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

              • View or manage related hosting services<\/span>\n

                <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

                Make sure to share all relevant services if full setup assistance is needed.<\/span>

                <\/p>

                What Happens After the Invitation Is Accepted?<\/b><\/h3>

                Once the collaborator accepts your invitation:<\/span><\/p>

                  \n
                1. They log in to their <\/span>Hostinger hPanel account<\/b>\n<\/b>

                  <\/p><\/li>\n

                2. Click <\/span>Reach<\/b> in menu<\/span>\n<\/b>

                  <\/p><\/li>\n

                3. Select the shared plan<\/span>\n

                  <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                4. Enter the Reach dashboard<\/span>\n

                  <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

                  They will be able to manage the account based on the permission level you assigned.<\/span><\/p>

                  Part 2: How to Request Access to Someone Else’s Reach Plan<\/b><\/h2>

                  If you are a freelancer, agency, or helping a friend manage their Reach account, you can request access directly.<\/span><\/p>

                  Step 1: Request Access in HPanel<\/b><\/h3>

                  1. Log in to your <\/span>Hostinger hPanel account<\/b>\n<\/b>

                    <\/p><\/li>\n

                  2. Click <\/span>Account Sharing<\/b> (bottom-left corner)<\/span>

                  4. Enter the email address of the account owner<\/span>\n

                    • Select the requested permission role<\/span>\n

                      Step 2: Wait for Approval<\/b><\/h3>

                      The account owner will receive an email notification.<\/span><\/p>

                      Once they approve your request:<\/span><\/p>

                      • You will be able to impersonate and manage their Reach plan from your own hPanel account<\/span>\n
