This is especially useful if you work with a freelancer, agency, or team member. To add collaborators to your Hostinger Reach plan, open Add Collaborators from the Reach profile menu and grant access through Hostinger dashboard Account Sharing.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Collaborators feature is available only on <\/span><b>paid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Hostinger Reach plans. Free plans do not support account sharing.<\/span><\/div><h2 id=\"h-what-is-the-collaborators-feature\"><b>What is the collaborators feature?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Collaborators feature allows you to grant another Hostinger user access to your Reach plan so they can:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Access your Reach dashboard<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Create and manage email campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Set up and edit automations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage contacts, segments<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only for <\/span><\/i><b><i>Admin<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> level permissions:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> manage billing-related actions Such as purchase additional AI credits, upgrade your plan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-how-to-share-access-to-your-reach-plan\"><b>How to share access to your Reach plan<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are the owner of a Reach plan, follow these steps to grant access to someone else.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Step 1 &ndash; Enter collaborator details<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Account Sharing page:<\/span><\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enter the <\/span><b>email address<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of the person you want to grant access to<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The person should have an active <\/span><b>Hostinger account<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select the <\/span><b>permission role<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose the services you want to share<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you have a <\/span><b>domain connected to Reach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, enter the domain name to quickly find the correct plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If no domain is connected yet, you&rsquo;ll see the <\/span><b>Reach plan title<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which you can select as the managed service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Confirm and send the invitation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The invited person will receive an email and must accept the invitation to gain access.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Important: Sharing Website or Domain Access<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If your Reach plan is connected (or will be connected) to:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Hostinger AI Builder site<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A WordPress website<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A domain<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You must also grant access to those specific services separately in Managed services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Giving access only to the Reach plan <\/span><b>does not automatically grant access<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to connected domains or websites.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Without additional permissions, your collaborator will not be able to:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Connect domains<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Manage website integrations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">View or manage related hosting services<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Make sure to share all relevant services if full setup assistance is needed.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20440\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/10\/2026-10-14_10-45.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"732\" height=\"745\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/10\/2026-10-14_10-45.png 732w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/10\/2026-10-14_10-45-295x300.png 295w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 732px) 100vw, 732px\" \/><\/p><h3><b>What happens after the invitation is accepted?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the collaborator accepts your invitation:<\/span><\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They log in to their <\/span><b>Hostinger dashboard account<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Reach<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in menu<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select the shared plan<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Enter the Reach dashboard<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They will be able to manage the account based on the permission level you assigned.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-how-to-request-access-to-someone-elses-reach-plan\"><b>How to request access to someone else&rsquo;s Reach plan<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are a freelancer, agency, or helping a friend manage their Reach account, you can request access directly.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Step 1 &ndash; Wait for approval<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The account owner will receive an email notification.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once they approve your request:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will gain access to the selected services<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will be able to impersonate and manage their Reach plan from your own Hostinger dashboard account<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Once a collaborator accepts the invitation, they manage your Hostinger Reach plan from their own Hostinger dashboard with the permission level you assigned.
