When using Hostinger AI Builder<\/b>, in addition to online payment methods<\/a><\/b>, you can set up manual (offline) payments<\/b> in your online store. This way, your clients can pay in cash or by bank transfer.<\/p>

If your customer selects a manual payment method, you’ll need to approve their order manually. A new such order will have the status Awaiting<\/i><\/b> by default. Once you receive the payment, you can change the payment status to Paid<\/i><\/b> <\/i>on the Orders<\/a> <\/b>page in your store management area.<\/p>

Enable manual payments<\/h2>

  1. In your store management area<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Go to Settings <\/b>→ Payments<\/b>, <\/b>and click on Add manual payment<\/b>:

  3. Insert the payment method name <\/b>(e.g., <\/b>cash on delivery<\/i>, <\/b>bank transfer<\/i>, etc.). Customers will see this payment method name at the checkout<\/li>\n
  4. Add payment instructions <\/b>to inform the client about how they should make a payment. For example, if you accept bank transfers, specify the bank account number to which your clients should wire the money. Customers will see these payment instructions at the checkout and in the order confirmation email.<\/li>\n
  5. Tick the option Enable manual payment method at checkout <\/b>and save the changes:

    Your store now accepts manual payments using the method and instructions you’ve set up.<\/p>
