This way, your clients can pay in cash or by bank transfer.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">If your customer selects a manual payment method, you&rsquo;ll need to approve their order manually. A new such order will have the status <b><i>Awaiting<\/i><\/b> by default. Once you receive the payment, you can change the payment status to <b><i>Paid<\/i><\/b><i> <\/i>on the <b><a href=\"\/support\/6539027-website-builder-managing-orders-in-the-online-store\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">Orders<\/a> <\/b>page in your store management area.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><h2 id=\"h_f39cc7bce8\">Enable Manual Payments<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">1. In your <b><a href=\"\/support\/6538340-website-builder-how-to-access-the-online-store-settings\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">store management area<\/a><\/b>, go to <b>Store settings <\/b>&rarr; <b>Payments<\/b>,<b> <\/b>and click on <b>Add manual payment<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hostinger.io\/pt\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/59\/2023\/01\/b0355033-df29-443e-b39a-fe0fdae629cb.jpg\" alt=\"Setting up payment methods in Hostinger Website Builder\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">2. Insert the <b>payment method name <\/b>(e.g.,<b> <\/b><i>cash on delivery<\/i>,<b> <\/b><i>bank transfer<\/i>, etc.). Customers will see this payment method name at the checkout<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">3. Add <b>payment instructions <\/b>to inform the client about how they should make a payment. For example, if you accept bank transfers, specify the bank account number to which your clients should wire the money. Customers will see these payment instructions at the checkout and in the order confirmation email.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">4.
