On the order page, you can do the following:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">View order details, including payment information, and customer information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Change the order fulfillment status: mark as fulfilled or cancel fulfillment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Add or update the <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"#h_2cf83d10b1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tracking number<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Change the payment status to <b><i>Paid<\/i><\/b> for orders with <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/6538417-website-builder-how-to-enable-manual-offline-payments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manual (offline) payment methods<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Create an <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/6803165-website-builder-how-to-manage-invoices-in-the-online-store\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">invoice<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Download the receipt<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/6895932-website-builder-how-to-cancel-an-order-in-the-online-store\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cancel the order.&nbsp;<\/a><\/b>You can use the Merchant Notes feature to record the reason for the cancellation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><h3><b>Merchant Notes<\/b><\/h3><p>You can add private notes to any order in your store. You can check all client email notifications in the <b>Store settings <\/b>&rarr;<b> <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/6682496-website-builder-how-to-send-emails-from-the-online-store\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Emails<\/a><\/b>.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>NOTES<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Order confirmation emails are sent immediately once the order is <\/span><strong><i>Paid<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>when online payment methods are selected and in offline\/manual payment scenario immediately once the order is created. Appointment confirmation and digital products are sent only once the order is marked as <\/span><strong><i>Paid<\/i><\/strong><b style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i>.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stock updates: when a customer starts the payment session at checkout, the product is automatically reserved for them. If the payment isn&rsquo;t completed, the system will hold the item for a limited time &mdash; usually 24 hours for most payment methods, or up to 5 days for Stripe, due to &ldquo;Buy Now, Pay Later&rdquo; options. During this time, the order can&rsquo;t be manually canceled.
