how they are created, and how they are used in segmentation and contact management.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-what-are-tags-in-hostinger-reach\"><b>What Are Tags in Hostinger Reach?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A tag is a label applied to contacts that helps categorize them based on how they were collected or what they represent.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tags are mainly used for:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Organizing contacts<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Creating precise audience segments<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Targeting specific groups in campaigns and automations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For how contacts are added and managed.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Tags from Website Forms (Hostinger Website Builder &amp; WordPress)<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When you connect a:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hostinger Website Builder site, or<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">WordPress site<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and your site has subscription forms:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reach automatically creates a tag using the form&rsquo;s title<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A segment based on that tag is also created automatically<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This gives you an immediate starting point for targeting contacts who subscribed through a specific form.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\"><b>Important:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Tags and segments are created only after at least one form submission is received.<\/span><\/div><h3><b>Tags from CSV Imports<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When uploading contacts via a CSV file:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You are prompted to assign a tag to the import<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can select an existing tag or create a new one<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reach suggests a tag automatically when uploading a .CSV file, including:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: Tags<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can create tags manually at any time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To create and manage tags:<\/span><\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">To ensure optimal performance, the following limits apply to tags in Hostinger Reach:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can create up to <\/span><b>180 unique tags<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> per account<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each contact can have up to <\/span><b>50 tags<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> assigned at the same time<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you reach these limits, you&rsquo;ll need to remove unused tags before creating or applying new ones.<\/span><\/p><h2
