Cancel an order in your Hostinger AI Builder online store if it is both unpaid and unfulfilled.<\/p>

Cancel an order<\/h2>

You can’t change the payment status from paid to unpaid, but you may change the fulfillment status this way:<\/p>

  1. Go to store management.<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Go to Orders,<\/strong> then open the order that you want to change the status.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the ellipsis<\/strong> button, then click Cancel fulfillment.

  4. Then, find the More actions<\/b> dropdown in the top-right and click Archive order<\/b>:

  5. Finally, confirm order cancelation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
