In the <b>Track Delivery<\/b> section, you&rsquo;ll find the <b>Delivery Report <\/b>table. Once there, change the <b>Sending Outgoing Email<\/b> status to <b>Suspend<\/b>. When all is good to go, click <b>Update Email Settings<\/b> to enable this configuration. You will see a pop-up notification confirming that the configuration is now applied to the email account.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Alternatively, if you no longer need the account, you can <b>delete it <\/b>by clicking on the <b>Delete Email Account<\/b> button in the email management area.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><h2 id=\"h_3a55691037\">Unsuspending an Email Account<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">To resume receiving and sending emails:<\/p><ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Navigate to <b>Email<\/b> &rarr; <b>Email Accounts<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click on <b>Manage <\/b>next to the email account in question<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Scroll down to the <b>Restrictions<\/b> section<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select the option <b>Allow <\/b>under <b>Receiving Incoming Mail <\/b>and <b>Sending Outgoing Email<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Finally, click on <b>Update Email Settings<\/b> to apply the changes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><p class=\"no-margin\">That&rsquo;s it!
