<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><h2 id=\"h_77bcbb0082\">Check the DNS Records<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">To make sure that <b>Titan Email<\/b> <b>MX records <\/b>are present in your domain&rsquo;s DNS zone, follow these steps:<\/p><ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Open the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/dnschecker.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">DNS Checker<\/a><\/b> tool<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Enter your <b>domain name<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Select <b>MX<\/b> from the dropdown<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Click on <b>Search<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol><p class=\"no-margin\">The result should indicate the following:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2023\/03\/26b88639-343a-4ad5-805c-86ae25db405a.jpg\" alt=\"DNS Checker tool indicates the MX records of Titan Email\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">If the values are different &ndash;
