Requirements for post-purchase automation<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Post-purchase automation works with <\/span><b>two types of eCommerce sites<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>WooCommerce sites<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> connected through the WordPress integration<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Hostinger Website Builder (HWB) eCommerce sites<\/b>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can connect <\/span><b>either<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> type to Hostinger Reach.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once your site is connected, Reach automatically tracks customer purchase events &mdash; no extra configuration is required.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"How-purchase-detection-works\"><b>2. How purchase detection works<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Post-purchase email flows use the trigger of when contact completed a purchase.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This trigger activates when:<\/span><\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A customer goes through the checkout process<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They <\/span><b>successfully complete the payment<\/b>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The order is confirmed in your WooCommerce or HWB store<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As soon as the purchase event is received, the automation flow begins.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"Enabling-a-post-purchase-automation-flow\"><b>3.
