Hostinger Reach makes this process easy with a built-in WooCommerce integration.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-1-requirements-for-abandoned-cart-automation\"><b>1. Requirements for Abandoned Cart Automation<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Abandoned Cart flow becomes available when:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><b>WordPress site is connected<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to Hostinger Reach<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The connected site has <\/span><b>WooCommerce installed and active<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the integration is active, Reach automatically tracks:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Abandoned carts<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Purchases<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Newsletter sign-ups via WooCommerce checkout checkbox<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No manual configuration is needed for the tracking events themselves.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-2-how-abandoned-cart-detection-works\"><b>2. How Abandoned Cart Detection Works<\/b><\/h2><p>The automation starts working when a customer leaves items in their cart without completing the purchase:<\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A customer begins the WooCommerce checkout process<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They <\/span><b>don&rsquo;t complete the payment<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>One hour passes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> without completing the purchase<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The one-hour window is set automatically and works out of the box after integration.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-3-enabling-the-abandoned-cart-automation-flow\"><b>3. Enabling the Abandoned Cart Automation Flow<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can enable the automation by following these steps:<\/span><\/p><ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go to your <\/span><b>Hostinger Reach dashboard<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open the <\/span><b>Automations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go to the <\/span><b>E-commerce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> section<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select the <\/span><b>Abandoned Cart<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> automation flow<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The trigger is preconfigured &mdash; no adjustments needed<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the email action you want customers to receive<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Publish or activate the automation<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once enabled, <\/span><b>subscribers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> who abandon a cart will start receiving recovery emails automatically.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note that only your subscribers will receive emails.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-4-choosing-or-creating-your-abandoned-cart-email\"><b>4. Choosing or Creating Your Abandoned Cart Email<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After selecting the Abandoned Cart flow:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose an existing email template <\/span><b>or<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Generate a new template<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: At this moment, a <\/span><b>direct &ldquo;Return to Cart&rdquo; link<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is <\/span><b>not yet supported<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, but this feature is coming soon.<\/span><\/div><p><b>Recommended approach:<\/b><b><br>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Use a general reminder email encouraging customers to return to your store and continue shopping.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Example themes for the template:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&ldquo;You left something behind&rdquo;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&ldquo;Your cart is waiting&rdquo;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&ldquo;Complete your purchase&rdquo;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Make sure to include a call-to-action that links back to your website or shop page so they can easily return and finish checking out.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-5-troubleshooting-integration-issues\"><b>5. Troubleshooting Integration Issues<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depending on your setup, you may see different prompts in the automation builder. Here&rsquo;s how to address them.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>A. You don&rsquo;t have a WordPress site connected<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If no site is connected, Reach will show an action to connect one.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can:<\/span><\/p><ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Connect<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &mdash; if your website is hosted at Hostinger, connection happens in one click<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If your site is hosted elsewhere, you will find instructions to install the <\/span><b>Hostinger Reach plugin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on WordPress and connect from there<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><h3><b>B. WooCommerce is not installed<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If your WordPress site is connected but WooCommerce isn&rsquo;t active, you&rsquo;ll see a message that <strong>WooCommerce is needed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depending on where your site is hosted:<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Site hosted at Hostinger<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will see a <\/span><b>WordPress Admin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> button that takes you directly to your plugin management page.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From there, you can install WooCommerce in one click.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>Site hosted externally<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You will see guidance to check the <\/span><b>Hostinger Reach plugin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> settings inside your WordPress Admin panel to ensure the e-commerce connection is active.<\/span><\/p><h2 id=\"h-6-what-happens-after-integration-is-active\"><b>6. What Happens After Integration Is Active<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When WooCommerce is installed and your site is connected to Reach, WooCommerce features are automatically enabled.
