To process your refund successfully, we need the following details:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Account holder<\/b>: the <b>full name<\/b> of the person who owns the bank account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>National ID <\/b>or <b>personal card number<\/b>: it&rsquo;s an official personal identification number, such as <b><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Documento_Nacional_de_Identidad_(Spain)\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">DNI<\/a><\/b>, <b><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C%C3%A9dula_de_identidad\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">c&eacute;dula<\/a><\/b>, <b><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Unique_Population_Registry_Code\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">CURP<\/a><\/b>, <b><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Clave_%C3%9Anica_de_Identificaci%C3%B3n_Tributaria\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">CUIT<\/a><\/b>\/<b><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C%C3%B3digo_%C3%9Anico_de_Identificaci%C3%B3n_Laboral\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">CUIL<\/a><\/b>, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Bank name<\/b>: the commercial name of the financial institution where the bank account is located, for example, <b>BBVA<\/b>, <b>Bancolombia<\/b>, <b>Santander<\/b>, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Bank <\/b>and\/or<b> branch number<\/b>: an identifier number of the specific establishment associated with the account; you can see more about it in the following section<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Account number<\/b>: the full account number; its length may vary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">For accounts in <b>Mexico<\/b>, the 18-digit <b>CLABE interbank number<\/b> is also required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">For accounts in <b>Argentina<\/b>, the <b>Uniform Banking Code <\/b>(<b>CBU<\/b>) is also required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Account type<\/b>: the most common bank account types are<b> savings<\/b> or <b>checking<\/b> accounts;
