If you use Hostinger Website Builder<\/a><\/b> and get the 403 Forbidden<\/b> error when trying to access your site online, it means there’s a problem in your domain’s DNS zone<\/b>.<\/p>

Access your domain’s DNS zone, and do the following:<\/p>

    Delete<\/b> all the A <\/b>and\/or AAAA records<\/b> for your root domain <\/b>(@), if any<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Make sure these two CNAME records<\/b> are present:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

    Finally, save the changes.<\/p>
