To make sure your store orders are processed smoothly, you need to set up a billing method on your Printful account. Once that’s done, any new orders from your store will automatically appear in your <\/span>Printful Orders Dashboard<\/span><\/a>, and your selected billing method will be charged for fulfillment and shipping. You won’t need to submit payments for these orders manually, <\/span>unless you select that in the order import settings<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>

Add a billing method to your account<\/h2>

Your billing method is how Printful charges you for fulfilling your Shopify orders. You can add credit or debit cards, as well as PayPal.<\/span><\/p>

  1. In your <\/span>Printful Dashboard<\/b>, go to <\/span>Billing<\/b> → <\/span>Billing methods<\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>Add new billing method<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Fill in the required information.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Click <\/span>Add<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

    Note<\/b>: Y<\/span>ou can set a primary billing method for your account. This will be used automatically unless you assign different methods to individual stores.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

    How the charges work for orders<\/h2>

    When a customer places an order on your Hostinger Website Builder store, they pay you directly. How and when you receive those funds depends on your store payments setup. <\/span>You can learn more about configuring payments in your store here<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

    Printful then charges you separately for fulfillment and shipping through the billing method you selected. This allows you to manage your profits while making sure your orders are automatically processed.<\/span><\/p>
