These changes will also be reflected on the <b>invoices<\/b> for your Hostinger services &#128071;<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Within your Hostinger account, click on <b>Account<\/b> in the top right and select <b>Account Information<\/b>:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2024\/02\/b7708037-e02a-46d1-b10f-bb8c7d65e52f.jpg\" alt=\"Hostinger account menu with the Account Information option highlighted\" data-media-id=\"2558\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">In the <b>Personal information <\/b>section, click on the field you want to update:<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2024\/02\/462f9e94-7126-4d37-b4aa-f08b8c64975a.jpg\" alt=\"Hostinger account information page showing personal information fields for name, address, phone number, and company\" width=\"550\" data-media-id=\"2559\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">Here, you can update the following information:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Name<\/b>: first name, last name.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Address<\/b>: country, state\/region\/province, city, street, house\/flat number, and ZIP code.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Phone number<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Company information<\/b>: name, <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/4933340-how-to-set-up-or-change-your-tax-code\/#h_cdb3d28094\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taxpayer identification number<\/a>, and company code.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recovery email:<\/strong> a recovery email address for your Hostinger account as an additional security measure<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>After saving a recovery email, a verification link is sent to your primary account email address to confirm the recovery email is valid. The recovery email itself does not receive the verification message.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">The recovery email is used for account security purposes. When Hostinger detects a suspicious login (Risky 2FA flow), you can choose to receive the verification code at your recovery email instead of your primary account email, provided the recovery email has been verified.<\/div><h2 id=\"h_1f49e9238b\">How to enter additional information<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If you need to add more details, such as a your national identification number, you can use the <b>Company code<\/b> field.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Once you insert new details, click on <b>Continue <\/b>and insert your <b>Hostinger account password<\/b> to save the changes if prompted.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">The changes will be reflected on your future invoices only. Previously issued invoices cannot be modified<b>&#128161;<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #feedaf80;border-color: #fbc91633\"><strong>Already issued invoices cannot be changed. <\/strong>Updating your account details only affects invoices generated after the change is saved.<\/div><div>\n<p><strong>NOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You cannot add a backup email address if it uses a domain purchased within that same Hostinger account. This restriction does not affect new account registrations.<\/li>\n<li>The recovery email is currently used for account security purposes. It does not yet enable automated account recovery actions.<\/li>\n<li>Email communication language is set based on the location of your account.
