You will retain ownership of the domain for the remainder of its billing period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Domain transfers<\/strong>: Domain name transfers can be refunded if the transfer is unsuccessful and you request the refund within 96 hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brazilian domains<\/strong>: Domain registrations and transfers for br, com.br, and net.br domains are refundable within 7 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multibanco and GCash<\/strong>: Purchases made using Multibanco or GCash cannot be sent back to the original bank account; they are only refundable to Hostinger Balance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>VTC Pay<\/strong>: Partial refunds are not supported for any payments made via VTC Pay.<\/li>\n<li>Hostinger Horizons: Can only be refunded once, usage must be below 30 messages, and payment within 30 days. For details, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/11013823-hostinger-horizons-refund-policy\/\">Hostinger Horizons refund policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Managed OpenClaw<\/strong>: Any purchased LLM credits (Nexos.ai, OxyLabs) are deducted from the refund amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hostinger Reach<\/strong>: Refundable only if the refund is requested within 30 days of purchase, and at least 180 days have passed since the last refund for another Hostinger Reach plan, if any. If you previously used the free Hostinger Reach plan, only the first renewal of your paid plan after upgrading from the free plan is eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h3>VPS refunds<\/h3><p>To maintain platform stability and fair usage, specific periods apply to Virtual Private Server (VPS) services:<\/p><ul>\n<li>After you successfully receive a refund for a VPS plan, a 180-day cooldown period applies.<\/li>\n<li>You will not be eligible to receive another VPS refund until 180 days have passed from the completion date of your last VPS refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h_d82902e556\">Hostinger Balance refunds<\/h2><p>Once a refund to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/4334278-how-to-use-hostinger-balance\">Hostinger Balance<\/a> is initiated and processed, it becomes final and cannot be reverted or transferred to a different payment source.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\"><b>NOTES<\/b><\/p><ul>\n<li>As soon as a refund is processed, the associated services are canceled automatically and stop working.<\/li>\n<li>Some payment methods do not support direct refunds.
