You will be able to select and personalise the layout of your website reports, ensuring the data is presented exactly how you need it. Additionally, the new scheduling feature allows reports to be automatically generated and sent at regular intervals, streamlining the reporting process and saving your valuable time.<\/p>

The following will give you a step by step guide you how to create and manage Reports<\/b> using WordPress Add-on:<\/p>

Step 1<\/b> – Login to hPanel<\/a>. Once logged in to your Hostinger account, you will find quick access sections on the left sidebar. Click on WordPress Add-ons<\/b> and navigate to the Reports<\/b> tab.<\/p>

Step 2<\/b> – Click on Create first report<\/b> to get started with the process of creating the report. You will first need to select the website for which you want to generate the report. Simply click on the dropdown to proceed with the website selection.<\/p>

Step 3<\/b> – Once you have selected the website, you will be asked to review the report title, introduction message you want to add and your contact details. You also have a toggle to choose if you want to include your contact details to the report. <\/p>

In this step, you will be able to select the language (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Lithuanian)<\/b> in which you would like to generate the report and the email that will be sent. Once you have reviewed these details, click Continue<\/b>.<\/p>

Step 4<\/b> – In this step, you can customise your reports with your brand colors and logo<\/b>. Specifically, you can:<\/p>

    Upload a logo image (JPG, JPEG, PNG files. Max size 5MB).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Select custom primary and secondary colors of the report.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    Step 5<\/b> – Next, you can choose which section you’d like to include in the website report. Simple select\/deselect the section you want and either click on Download PDF<\/b> to download the report or click on Continue<\/b> to proceed with scheduling it.<\/p>

    Step 5<\/b> – In this step, you need to enter the receiver’s email address to whom you want to send the report to. Also, you can choose to send the report immediately or schedule it on weekly or monthly intervals.<\/p>

    Simply select the No schedule<\/b> tab in Recurring schedule section to send the report immediately. Once done, click on Send now<\/b>.<\/p>

    If you want to schedule the report, then select the Weekly<\/b> or Monthly<\/b> tab to choose the day and time. Once done, click on Schedule<\/b>.<\/p>
