You only have to do this once.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Navigate to <\/span><b>Settings <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and find <\/span><b>Domain <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">settings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select your domain from Hostinger and click <strong>Connect domain<\/strong>. If your domain is from another provider, click <strong>Add domain from another provider<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose whether to send from the domain directly or from a separate subdomain of it, such as mail.yourdomain.com. If you choose a subdomain, name it on the next screen; Reach suggests common names such as mail, send, or news.\n<div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">Hostinger recommends a separate subdomain, since it keeps marketing email traffic apart from your root domain&rsquo;s DNS records and reputation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">For domains at Hostinger, all of your DNS records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) will be handled automatically, and it&rsquo;s usually pretty fast. In some cases, however, it can take up to a few hours. We recommend sending your first email campaign only after this time has passed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">External domains will need to be verified first by adding a record as a proof of ownership. Business details will be used in your templates for compliance and reputation.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Navigate to <\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and find the <\/span><b>Brand<\/b> <b>details<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Fill in your company or personal business information.
