    Moderate or Automate?<\/b><\/h2>

    1. To avoid manually moderating each review, you can rely on our built-in AI scanner to detect and block abusive comments:

    a. Valid (Green): published automatically<\/p>

    b. Abusive (Red): marked as pending and requires your approval before appearing on your site<\/p>

    2. If you’d like to have full control over what appears on your product pages, enable the Moderate reviews<\/b> toggle. This allows you to manually review and approve each comment before it goes live.<\/p>

    Email review reminders<\/b><\/h2>

    To help collect more feedback, automated email reminders are sent to customers after purchase.<\/p>

      You can choose to send reminders 1, 7, 14, or 30 days<\/b> after purchase<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

            Once reviews are submitted, they appear just below the product info (unless you’re manually approving each review, then reviews will only appear once you approve them in Store Manager, as below:

            Managing reviews in the Store Manager<\/b><\/h2>

            1. In the Store Manager, go to Product reviews<\/b> to manage all submitted reviews. <\/p>

            2. Here you can:

            a. Change status of reviews:<\/p>

              Published: visible on your site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Rejected: blocked from public view<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Pending: waiting for your approval<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

              b. Delete reviews: This action is permanent and will remove the review from your site.<\/p>
