How to enable and manage product reviews<\/b><\/h2>

    Moderate or Automate?<\/b><\/h2>

    1. To avoid manually moderating each review, you can rely on our built-in AI scanner to detect and block abusive comments:\n

      1. Valid (Green): published automatically<\/li>\n
      2. Abusive (Red): marked as pending and requires your approval before appearing on your site
        \nThis saves time while still ensuring your reviews remain trustworthy and respectful.

      3. If you’d like to have full control over what appears on your product pages, enable the Moderate reviews<\/b> toggle. This allows you to manually review and approve each comment before it goes live.

        To help collect more feedback, automated email reminders are sent to customers after purchase.<\/p>

                  • Change status of reviews:\n
                      \n
                    • Published: visible on your site<\/li>\n
                    • Rejected: blocked from public view<\/li>\n

                    • Delete reviews: This action is permanent and will remove the review from your site.
