You can&rsquo;t switch the Hostinger Ecommerce plan itself. To remove it, ask Hostinger AI Builder in agentic mode to remove the store.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #fed9db80;border-color: #fd3a5733\">Removing the store deletes the storefront and stops sales right away. To bring the shop back, you need to rebuild the shop pages, including the catalog, cart, and checkout, from scratch.<\/div><ol>\n<li>Open your project in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/hostinger-ai-builder-agentic-mode-product-overview\/\">Hostinger AI Builder agentic mode.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the AI chat, type: <em>please remove the store in my website<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Answer the confirmation question by selecting <em>Yes, remove the store<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for Hostinger AI Builder to finish. It stays on the<strong> Sales channels<\/strong> page.<\/p><p>Add a new sales channel instead of switching. A paid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/ecommerce\">Hostinger Ecommerce<\/a> plan allows multiple WordPress, Hostinger AI Builder, and Custom sales channels. Each Hostinger Ecommerce plan covers one store, which the <strong>Set up<\/strong> button on the plan creates, and a store can have several sales channels.<\/p><p>To use your plan with your website, connect the website as a sales channel to the store that holds your paid plan, not to the old store.
