Shiprocket runs the identity check on its own site. After KYC is complete, Hostinger Ecommerce syncs your orders with Shiprocket, so you can create shipping labels.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-create-a-shipping-label-for-an-order-in-hostinger-ecommerce\">Create a shipping label for an order in Hostinger Ecommerce<\/h2><p>Create a shipping label from the order page by clicking <strong>Create shipping label<\/strong>, entering the packaging details, and selecting a carrier. Hostinger Ecommerce takes the shipping cost from your Shiprocket wallet.<\/p><ol>\n<li>In <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-store-manager\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/hostinger-ecommerce-how-to-navigate-the-store-manager\/\">Store Manager,<\/a> go to <strong>Orders<\/strong> and open the order you want to ship. Click <strong>Top up wallet<\/strong> to add funds.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-check-your-shiprocket-wallet-and-orders-in-hostinger-ecommerce\">Check your Shiprocket wallet and orders in Hostinger Ecommerce<\/h2><p>To check your Shiprocket wallet and shipments, go to Integrations and click Shiprocket in the sidebar. The Shiprocket summary page shows your wallet balance and order counts.<\/p><p>The Shiprocket wallet card shows the balance used for shipping orders with selected couriers, with a<strong> Top up wallet<\/strong> button. The <strong>Orders<\/strong> card shows <strong>Pending pickup, In transit, <\/strong>and <strong>Total orders shipped with Shiprocket<\/strong>, with a <strong>Go to orders<\/strong> link.
