Active instances continually consume account credits regardless of idle state, and reaching a zero balance causes immediate instance deletion. Understanding credit tracking and data backup strategies ensures your compute tasks remain active and secure.<\/p><h3>Before you start<\/h3><ul>\n<li>You need an active Hostinger account with deposited credits for Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) instance deployment.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-how-hostinger-gpu-instance-billing-works\">How Hostinger GPU instance billing works<\/h2><p>Billing starts immediately when you deploy a Hostinger GPU instance. The system bills the GPU instance for every hour it exists, charging identical rates whether the instance is active or idle.<\/p><p>Two management actions are available for a Hostinger GPU instance: <strong>Reboot<\/strong> and <strong>Destroy<\/strong>. No option exists to pause or stop a GPU instance while keeping its configuration intact. The system continues to consume credits as long as the GPU instance exists, and destroying the GPU instance is the only way to stop billing.<\/p><h2 id=\"h-track-your-hostinger-gpu-credit-balance\">Track your Hostinger GPU credit balance<\/h2><p><a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/gpu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The GPU overview page in hPanel<\/a> displays your current credit balance and burn rate only while a GPU instance is running. The page shows the number of running instances, the current burn rate in credits per hour, and your current credit balance. Check this page regularly, especially before starting long compute workloads such as machine learning model training or batch processing.<\/p><p><strong>NOTE<\/strong><\/p><ul>\n<li>Hostinger does not send low-balance notifications, so tracking your credit balance remains your responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-hostinger-gpu-instance-deletion-from-a-zero-credit-balance\">Hostinger GPU instance deletion from a zero credit balance<\/h2><p>The system destroys a Hostinger GPU instance immediately if your account credit balance reaches zero while the instance is running.
