It can be used for testing purposes or due to specific requirements.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">To completely remove an SSL certificate, you can <a href=\"\/support\/5733346-how-to-uninstall-ssl-certificate\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">uninstall it<\/a> &#128161; <\/p>\n<\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">In the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Websites<\/a> <\/b>section, find the site in question and click on <b>Manage <\/b>next to it. In the sidebar, search for <b>SSL<\/b> and click on it:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/fd806dee-f6df-4a20-8b7a-5455c1b976ec.jpg\" alt=\"The SSL menu option\" width=\"250\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Next, click on the <b>ellipsis &#8942; button <\/b>next to the domain or subdomain and select <b>Unforce HTTPS<\/b>. This will make HTTP connections available:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/2b7c4af5-dbdc-4049-984b-22e498ab814a.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To revert back to HTTPS, on the same SSL management page, choose <b>Force HTTPS<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/a5261974-e0b7-4f88-b91e-15c99df0133a.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">If you prefer to set the HTTP version as default, you can <b><a href=\"\/support\/1583406-how-can-i-set-up-a-redirect-on-hpanel\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">set up a redirect<\/a> <\/b>from HTTPS to HTTP. This is recommended for SEO, as having a single URL provides better ranking results.
