Create mailboxes in Hostinger Mail by opening Emails<\/strong> in the Hostinger dashboard, selecting Mailboxes<\/strong> for your domain, and entering an email name and password. Each mailbox is an individual email address for your domain, such as name@domain.tld<\/code>, with its own password, storage, and settings. Before creating mailboxes, activate the free Hostinger Mail trial included with eligible hosting plans, or set up a Business Email plan. Manage existing mailboxes from the Options (⋮)<\/strong> menu, where you can change the password, set up forwarders, aliases, automatic replies, and catch-all, or delete the mailbox.<\/p>

Before creating your Hostinger Email mailboxes, make sure that you have an active hosting plan eligible for a free email trial, or a standalone Hostinger Mail plan.<\/p>

You can claim a free email for any domain you own — even if there’s no active website under it. Hosting plan email limits still apply.<\/div>

Activate the free Hostinger Mail trial<\/h2>

If your hosting plan includes a free email trial and you are setting up email accounts for the first time, follow these steps.<\/p>

  1. Go to Hostinger dashboard → Emails<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. If you’re the account owner, click Try for free<\/strong> to start the trial. If you’re a manager, Try for free<\/strong> is disabled, but you can click Buy now<\/strong> to purchase Business Email.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the domain from the dropdown list and click Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
    If you purchase a paid email plan during this step, the free trial becomes unavailable for that domain, as only one email order type can be active per domain.<\/div>

    To claim the free email trial for additional domains:<\/p>

    2. Click on Claim free email<\/strong>.
