This lets you opt out of mailing lists or newsletters with a single click &mdash; without leaving Webmail or searching for an unsubscribe link inside the email.<\/p><p>To unsubscribe from an email:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Open the email in Hostinger Mail.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the Unsubscribe button near the sender&rsquo;s name or at the top of the message.<\/li>\n<li>Click Unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the action if prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ol><p>The sender will be notified of your unsubscribe request. You may still receive emails that were already queued before the request was processed.<\/p><div class=\"intercom-interblocks-callout\" style=\"background-color: #e3e7fa80;border-color: #334bfa33\">The Unsubscribe button only appears when the sender&rsquo;s email supports the one-click unsubscribe standard (List-Unsubscribe header). Not all emails will show this option.<\/div><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\" id=\"h-email-list-statuses\">Email List Statuses<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">When viewing your inbox or any email folder, each message may display a status indicator to help you track your interactions. The following statuses are available:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Replied<\/strong> &mdash; you have replied to this email<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Forwarded<\/strong> &mdash; you have forwarded this email<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Replied &amp; Forwarded<\/strong> &mdash; you have both replied to and forwarded this email<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-viewing-and-downloading-attachments\">Viewing and Downloading Attachments<\/h2><p>When you open an email with attachments in Hostinger Mail:<\/p><ul>\n<li>Attachments are listed at the top of the email message.<\/li>\n<li>Each file type displays its own icon (for example, PDF, image, or document) for quick identification.<\/li>\n<li>Up to 5 attachments are visible at a glance on desktop, and 1 on mobile. If there are more, select <strong>Show all<\/strong> to expand the full list.<\/li>\n<li>For long emails, an attachment summary also appears at the bottom of the message, with a link to jump back to the top attachment list.<\/li>\n<li>To download all attachments at once, click <strong>Download all<\/strong> &mdash; available from both the top and bottom attachment areas.<\/li>\n<li>To download a single file, click the attachment directly.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-composing-emails-in-webmail\">Composing Emails in Webmail<\/h2><p>When replying to or forwarding a message, a composer appears at the bottom of the message thread. This is called the inline composer.<\/p><h3>Pop-up mode for the email composer<\/h3><p>The inline composer supports two display modes:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Inline mode<\/strong> &mdash; the composer appears at the bottom of the message thread (default).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pop-up mode<\/strong> &mdash; the composer opens in a floating window, giving more space to write.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>To switch to pop-up mode:<\/p><ol>\n<li>Open a message and click <strong>Reply<\/strong> or <strong>Forward<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the inline composer, click the pop-up icon at the end of the message. Image resizing is also available when editing email templates and creating signatures.<\/p><p><b>Attachments section in the composer<\/b><\/p><p>Before sending, you can preview attached files directly in the composer.
