For an internal forwarder to work properly, the <b><a href=\"\/support\/4407237-where-can-i-find-mx-records\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">MX records<\/a> <\/b>of both the origin and destination domains must point to Hostinger<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>External forwarders<\/b> &ndash; From a Hostinger Email account to en external email service such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc. or to a domain that isn&rsquo;t hosted at Hostinger and is not pointing to Hostinger MX records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">If you wish to forward emails from your Hostinger Email account to a domain hosted at Hostinger that is using different MX records (eg. Google Workspace), you can do so by <b><a href=\"\/support\/4469173-how-to-set-up-email-filters-for-hostinger-email-using-webmail\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\">creating a filter using Webmail<\/a> <\/b>instead.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><h2 id=\"h_8ad281d975\">How to Create Email Forwarders<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Navigate to the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/emails\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"intercom-content-link\" rel=\"noopener\">Emails<\/a> <\/b>section of hPanel and click on <b>anywhere<\/b> next to the domain or subdomain of the plan you want to manage.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/cfb13aad-ac2b-46e0-92a0-fd18769101de.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Next, select <b>Forwarders<\/b> on the left sidebar and click on <b>Create a forwarder<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/cf940183-2d6a-4f54-a913-b94bb00b3f57.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">In the window that will pop up, select the <b>mailbox from<\/b> which messages will be forwarded on the dropdown list. Next, insert the email address to which these messages will be sent. <\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To keep a duplicate of the messages on the original account, leave the <b>Save copies of forwarded emails <\/b>toggle on. Otherwise, click on it to disable it &ndash; all the messages will be automatically deleted from the original account after being forwarded.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">When all is good to go, click on <b>Create<\/b>:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/a83a8a0e-b03d-4de2-b95a-839e7c8aef74.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To complete the setup process, confirm the forwarder by logging into the destination email address and clicking on the <b>verification link<\/b> sent to it.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><h2 id=\"h_d28fdecb58\">How to Manage Email Forwarders <\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">In the <b>Forwarders<\/b> section, navigate to <b>Manage Your Forwarders<\/b> and click on the options button ( &#8942; ) next to the forwarder:<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/785fd543-b22e-42d7-be1e-19aeaddbc023.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To start or stop saving message copies, select <b>Edit<\/b> <b>Settings<\/b>, change the toggle&rsquo;s status, and click on <b>Save <\/b>to apply the changes.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/80f4ec02-5a4a-4299-b64f-be1fe456f755.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">To remove the forwarder, click on <b>Delete<\/b>. After deletion, your emails will stop being forwarded.
