By disabling auto-renewal, your services <b>will not be automatically renewed upon expiration<\/b> using your <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/5394917-how-to-manage-payment-methods-in-my-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">added payment method<\/a><\/b>.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Auto-renewal is now managed via a toggle switch on the subscription row. To do so, go to the <b><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/billing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a><\/b> section in your <b>hPanel<\/b>, then go to <strong>Subscriptions<\/strong>, click the toggle to disable auto-renewal for each service individually.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8535\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1861\" height=\"875\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51.png 1861w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51-1024x481.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51-768x361.png 768w, https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2026\/03\/2026-03-10_16-51-1536x722.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1861px) 100vw, 1861px\" \/><\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Carefully consider the warnings about the possible risks, and if you still wish to disable auto-renewal, continue with the process.<\/p><div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h3><b>&ldquo;What happens if I have an unpaid invoice?&rdquo;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>If you have a <b>pending invoice<\/b> on a <b>monthly plan<\/b> and you disable auto-renewal, the following will happen automatically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your pending invoice will be <b>voided<\/b> (cancelled)<\/li>\n<li>Your subscription will be <b>cancelled<\/b><\/li>\n<li>You will have the option to <b>manually renew<\/b> your service at any time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This means you no longer need to pay the pending invoice before being able to disable auto-renewal on monthly plans.<\/p>\n<p><b>Please note &mdash; this does not apply if:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your invoice has been partially paid<\/li>\n<li>Credits were applied to your invoice<\/li>\n<li>You are on a yearly or longer billing cycle (1 year+)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For these cases, please contact support for assistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><p class=\"no-margin\"><b>NOTES<\/b><\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Disabling auto-renewal<b> doesn&rsquo;t affect the status of your current services<\/b>.
