We’ve merged Kodee and Agents<\/a>‘ experiences into one: the new <\/span>Hostinger Agent<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Hostinger Agent<\/a> is now smarter, more capable, and all in one place. We’ve brought together the best of our AI tools into a single, unified experience – so you can do more, faster, without switching between tools. And don’t worry: your conversations, history, and data are all still here, migrated automatically.<\/span><\/p>

What is Hostinger Agent?<\/strong><\/h2>

Hostinger Agent<\/a> is your all-in-one AI assistant built into your Hostinger account. It brings together the specialized Hostinger AI agents<\/a> you may have used for business tasks and the AI assistant from hPanel (Kodee) into a single, unified experience – so you can get help with your website, your business, and your account without jumping between tools. You can reach it on hPanel from both the sidebar, by clicking on Agent<\/strong>, or from the top-right, by clicking on Ask AI<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>

What’s new in the merged experience?<\/strong><\/h2>

The new Hostinger Agent combines the best of both worlds:<\/span><\/p>

  • The specialized agents you know<\/b> – the same expertise and skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Kodee, the AI assistant from hPanel, is now fully integrated.<\/b> You can ask support questions, get guided through troubleshooting, and take actions on your account – all from the same interface.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

    The result is a smarter, more connected experience. You no longer need to switch between the Agents dashboard and hPanel to get things done.<\/span><\/p>

    Your data and chat history<\/strong><\/h2>

    All of your previous conversations and data have been automatically migrated to the new Hostinger Agent dashboard. You can pick up right where you left off.<\/span><\/p>

    Choosing between Agent and Support mode<\/h2>

    You can choose which mode Hostinger Agent responds in, using the mode selector next to the chat input:<\/p>

    • Agent<\/strong> – gives you access to premium capabilities, such as file creation, scheduled jobs, and other agentic features. This is the default mode.<\/li>\n
    • Support<\/strong> – gives you quick help with your account, hosting, and websites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>

      If you ask something better suited to the other mode, Hostinger Agent suggests switching rather than leaving your request unanswered. If you ask for human support, you’re transferred to a specialist regardless of which mode you’re in.<\/p>

      Agent credits<\/strong><\/h2>

      Some interactions with Hostinger Agent are powered by Agent credits. <\/span>Support-related<\/b> requests (e.g., troubleshooting) are free, and <\/span>business-related<\/b> requests (e.g., strategy, outreach, brand & identity) are billed based on complexity.
