Move services from one Hostinger account to another, or find the right alternative when a direct move isn’t possible.<\/p>

Why services can’t be transferred<\/h2>

For technical and security reasons, services purchased under a Hostinger account, except for domains<\/b>, cannot<\/strong> be transferred to another account.<\/p>

Alternatives by service type<\/h2>

As an alternative, if your service is already set up<\/b> but refundable<\/a><\/b>, you may request a refund<\/a><\/b>, and purchase the service again on the new account.<\/p>

Domain names can be moved<\/b> 4 days after their initial registration at Hostinger. To do so, follow this procedure: How to Move a Domain Between Hostinger Accounts<\/a><\/b><\/p>

If your hosting plan<\/b> has been active for more than 30 days and is no longer eligible for a refund, you can manually upload your website’s files and databases to a new account by referring to this guide: How to migrate an internal website manually at Hostinger.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>

If you use the free Hostinger Email<\/b> included in your hosting plan, make sure to export your emails<\/a> <\/b>and import them<\/a><\/b> to the new account as well.<\/p>
