If you are using Hostinger Email<\/a><\/b> and you are unable to log into your email, it may be due to a few different reasons:<\/p>

Incorrect Login Credentials or Webmail URL<\/h2>

The first option to check is whether you are reaching webmail from the correct URL. To verify, make sure to enter the following on your search bar: mail.hostinger.com<\/a><\/b><\/p>

Next, check if the email account and password are correct. Make sure to use the full email as username, eg. name@domain.tld<\/code><\/b>, and not just name<\/b>. If needed, reset the password<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>

Disabled Mail Services<\/h2>

If your mail services are disabled, you won’t be able to log in to webmail. Check your email account’s mail settings<\/a><\/b> to see if the email services and access are enabled. <\/p>
