Create it in Webmail under <strong>All settings &rarr; Automatic reply<\/strong>, or in the<strong> Automatic Reply<\/strong> section of the Hostinger dashboard.<\/p><h3>Before <strong>you<\/strong> start<\/h3><ul>\n<li>Ensure you have an <a data-click-id=\"hgr-post-content-link-active-hostinger-email-account\" href=\"\/support\/1583217-how-to-create-and-manage-mailboxes-for-hostinger-email\/\">active Hostinger Email account<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Note<\/strong> that automatic replies <strong>cannot<\/strong> be created for mailboxes with the following administrative usernames to preserve email reputation: <em>administrator, bounce, request-, do-not-reply, majordomo, listserv, donotreply, facebook, linkedin, list-, mailer (mailer-daemon), myspace, noreply, owner, postmaster, twitter, webmaster.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h-method-1-set-up-an-automatic-reply-in-webmail\">Method 1 &ndash; Set up an automatic reply in Webmail<\/h2><p>You can manage automatic replies directly from Hostinger Webmail without leaving your inbox.<\/p><h3>Set up an automatic reply in Webmail<\/h3><ol>\n<li>Go to mail.hostinger.com and log in with your full email address and password.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Settings (&#9881;&#65039;) icon in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>All settings<\/strong> <strong>&rarr;<\/strong> <strong>Automatic reply<\/strong> from the left menu.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the following fields:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subject<\/strong> &ndash; Enter the subject line for your auto-reply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> &ndash; Set Start and End dates, or choose to start immediately. Alternatively, choose to start right away, or select Never end to run it indefinitely.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Message<\/strong> &ndash; Compose the message body.
