If you can send but cannot receive any emails<\/b>, there are usually two main possible reasons:<\/p>

    Some mail-related DNS records on your domain are missing or incorrect<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Email services are disabled<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

    Check the DNS Records<\/h2>

    To make sure that the correct MX records <\/b>are present in your domain’s DNS zone, follow these steps:<\/p>

      \n
    1. \n

      Open the DNS Checker<\/a><\/b> tool<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Enter your domain name<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Select MX<\/b> from the dropdown<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Click on Search<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

      The result should indicate the following:<\/p>

      If the values are different – not 10:mx1.titan.email<\/b> and 20:mx2.titan.email<\/b>:<\/p>

        Access your domain’s DNS zone<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Remove <\/b>the current MX records<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Add<\/b> the following MX records instead:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>

        Value (Mail Server)<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

        mx1.hostinger.com<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

        After making these changes, give them up to 24 hours<\/b> to propagate<\/a> <\/b>worldwide 💡<\/p>

        Check if the Email Service Is Enabled<\/h2>

        If the MX records present in your domain’s DNS zone are correct, the issue might be related to the settings of your email account.<\/p>

        \n<\/p>

        Navigate to the Emails<\/a> <\/b>section on your hPanel, and click on Manage<\/b> next to the domain or subdomain:<\/p>

        Scroll down to the Manage Email Accounts<\/b> section. Click on the ellipsis<\/b> button ⋮<\/b> next to the email account in question, and choose Settings<\/b>: <\/p>
