Hotlink protection prevents your media content from being used on other websites by hotlinking it, which consumes your bandwidth.<\/p>

To enable it, open your Websites<\/a> <\/b>→ Dashboard → Advanced→<\/b> Hotlink Protection<\/b> on the sidebar and click on it:<\/p>

Then, choose which types of files<\/b> you would like to protect (or select *<\/b> to choose all).<\/p>

You should also specify where all the requests to your restricted files will be redirected<\/b>. It can be either a specific page of your website or any other website.<\/p>

Click Save <\/b>to apply the changes.<\/p>

To modify the current hotlink protection settings, make the desired changes and click Save<\/strong>. To completely disable hotlink protection, click Reset<\/strong>.<\/p>
