To fix it, all you need to do is clear all the possible places where the cache can be stored:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Web browser <\/b>&ndash; Try opening the website from a<b> <\/b>different browser. If that fixes the issue, clear your <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/my\/tutorials\/clear-browser-cache\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">browser&rsquo;s cache<\/a>. If the issue persists in only one browser, try disabling any <b>browser extensions<\/b> you have.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>DNS cache<\/b> &ndash; Your computer also stores recently resolved domain name-to-IP address mappings. Try clearing it by following this video tutorial: <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hostinger.com\/tutorials\/how-to-flush-dns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How to Flush DNS Cache<\/a><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Internet connection<\/b> &ndash; If using a proxy or switching to a different internet connection (for example, mobile data) works for you, reboot your modem or router by unplugging and plugging in your internet cable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><b>Device<\/b> &ndash; Check the website from a different device (computer, phone, or tablet). If that helps, restart the device that&rsquo;s having issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h_cd1bed9745\">View the website without any cache<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Hostinger has a built-in feature that allows you to view your website without any cache.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">With this feature, you will be able to clear out:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">LiteSpeed Cache (if applicable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Hostinger CDN cache (if applicable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Server side cache<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"no-margin\">To view the website without any cache, navigate to your <b><i>hpanel &gt; Websites &gt; Dashboard &gt; Overview &gt; No cache preview<\/i><\/b><\/p><div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/fce3978c-8402-4f74-a7fc-e3e8f9b55710.jpg\"><\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">If your website functions correctly after enabling &ldquo;No Cache Preview,&rdquo; it indicates that cached content is being served&mdash;likely from LiteSpeed Cache, Hostinger CDN, or server-side caching. To resolve this, clear all relevant caches to ensure your site displays the latest version.<\/p><details>\n<h3>Clearing server side cache<\/h3>\n<div class=\"collapsible-section-content\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Go to <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Websites<\/a> &rarr; Dashboard, and search for Cache Manager:<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container intercom-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/5ab7bcd5-3324-47b6-a22e-5faa559cde8a.jpg\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Next, click &ldquo;Purge All&rdquo; to manually purge the cache for your whole website or just a specific URL:<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/2c5dee2b-c397-4adf-b2fd-8320d16b807c.jpg\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If you still see outdated content after purging the cache, make sure to<a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/1583501-how-to-clear-cache\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> clear your local cache<\/a> as well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details><details>\n<h3>Clearing<b> LiteSpeed Cache on WordPress<\/b><\/h3>\n<div class=\"collapsible-section-content\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Go to<a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Websites<\/a> &rarr; Dashboard, and search for WordPress -&gt; Overview. There, you will find an option to Flush the Cache<\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/7feba82f-b012-4c8a-85d8-221463b852c6.jpg\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Alternatively, if you are using another caching plugin or a different type of caching mechanism, ensure that you clear the cache properly. This will help eliminate any stored data that might be causing the issue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/details><details>\n<h3>Clearing CDN Cache<\/h3>\n<div class=\"collapsible-section-content\">\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Go to<a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/hpanel.hostinger.com\/websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Websites<\/a> &rarr; Dashboard, and search for CDN. Make sure that the CDN status is <b>Active<\/b> and click on <b>Flush cache.<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"intercom-container\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/55\/2019\/02\/23e5062a-610f-48ea-bd2a-6986051a790b.jpg\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/details><h2 id=\"h_f78f8f00b9\">Clearing the SSL cache<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">In addition to clearing your browser&rsquo;s cache, consider clearing the SSL state if you encounter HTTPS errors that appear only on your device.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">For Mozilla Firefox and Opera, clearing the entire cache will also reset the SSL state. For Chrome and Chrome-based browsers on Windows, use the search bar to find Internet Options, click on the Content tab and in the Certificates section, click on <b>Clear SSL state<\/b>.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_c7cafab981\">The website shows outdated content<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If you see outdated content on your website, in addition to the steps above, make sure to try the following:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">If your website is WordPress-based, <a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"\/support\/4411258-how-to-disable-wordpress-plugins-without-access-to-the-admin-page\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disable the plugins<\/a>. When seeing outdated content on a builder-based site, it&rsquo;s enough to clear your browser&rsquo;s cache. &#128161;<\/p>\n<\/div><p class=\"no-margin\">Your website should be accessible after completing these steps.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_de87dcb38a\">How to know if a website is available<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">If you want to check whether the issue is resolved, use these online tools:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\"><a class=\"intercom-content-link\" href=\"https:\/\/downforeveryoneorjustme.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Down for everyone, or just me?<\/a> &ndash; This website reports if the website is reachable around the world.
