Hostinger Agent can:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Answer common questions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Guide you through troubleshooting steps.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Provide relevant help articles.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Help clarify error messages.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Perform selected account actions after you confirm the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>On Business Web and Cloud hosting plans<\/strong>, Hostinger Agent can also perform WordPress admin actions directly from the chat &mdash; no need to open the WordPress dashboard. Hostinger Agent in WordPress opens as a sidebar panel on the right side of the screen. It is available in the WordPress admin panel, the frontend view (when logged in as admin), the Gutenberg editor, and the Elementor editor. The Hostinger Agent button can be dragged and dropped to any position on the screen to avoid overlap with other UI elements.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">This includes:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Plugin management<\/strong> &ndash; install plugins from WordPress.org, activate, deactivate, and update installed plugins.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Theme management<\/strong> &ndash; install new themes, switch the active theme, and update installed themes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>WooCommerce coupon management<\/strong> &ndash; search, view, create, and update discount coupons, including batch operations on multiple coupons in a single request.<\/li>\n<li>Hostinger Agent in WordPress also proactively reaches out with nudges when action is needed, rather than waiting to be asked. Currently live nudges include a prompt to connect a domain if the site is still running on a temporary one, and a reminder before an existing domain is due to expire.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>If additional assistance is needed, a Customer Success Specialist can join the chat to continue helping you.<\/p><p>Before sending a message, you can choose which mode Hostinger Agent responds in, using the mode selector next to the chat input:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Agent<\/strong> &ndash; gives you access to premium capabilities, such as file creation, scheduled jobs, and other agentic features. Your WhatsApp session stays active for 3 days, and each interaction resets the timer, so you rarely need to log in again during active use.<\/p><h3>Send voice notes to Hostinger Agent on WhatsApp<\/h3><p>Send a voice note in your WhatsApp conversation with Hostinger Agent instead of typing your message. Click the layout icon in the chat header to switch between them:<\/p><ul>\n<li><strong>Full page<\/strong> &ndash; An immersive, focused view where Hostinger Agent takes over the whole screen. You can either use a suggestion or type your own question.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personalization<\/strong> &ndash; Share additional context to help Hostinger Agent provide more relevant responses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collapse<\/strong> &ndash; Use the collapse icon to hide the chat window. You can reopen it anytime by clicking Ask again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Download chat<\/strong> &ndash; Save the current conversation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start a new chat <\/strong>&ndash; Begin a new conversation. The current one will be saved in History.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visual cards<\/strong> &ndash; Hostinger Agent may respond with visual cards showing icons, text, and color. Users can speak their question &mdash; Hostinger Agent transcribes the audio to text, processes it, and responds in voice. The full conversation is saved as text in the chat history.
