MySQL databases can be managed within the Databases section under the Website section of hPanel<\/a>. This is where you view, create, and configure the databases used by your MySQL, an open-source relational database management system — see which database management system is used at Hostinger<\/a> for more on how it works.<\/p>

Access the Databases section<\/h2>

To access it, go to Websites<\/a> → Dashboard<\/a><\/b>, search for Databases<\/b> Management<\/b> on the sidebar and click on it:<\/p>

Once there, you can choose a website<\/b> from the left drop-down menu to show its associated databases:<\/p>

View and assign databases<\/h2>\n

You will be presented with the List of Current MySQL Databases And Users <\/b>section. Please note that all new databases will be assigned to the selected domain; if a database is not yet assigned to a website, you can do so by clicking on Assign<\/b>:<\/p>\n<\/div>

Access your database via phpMyAdmin<\/h2>

To access your database contents via phpMyAdmin, click on Enter phpMyAdmin<\/b>:<\/p>

Manage a database<\/h2>

If you need more options, select your desired database and click the ⋮ <\/b>button:<\/p>

You will be able to do the following actions:<\/p>

    Repair the database<\/b> – it will analyze and optimize your database tables, ensuring that the database is working perfectly fine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Change various permissions<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Delete<\/a><\/b> the database completely<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>
