If you have a backup of your website on your local device and wish to transfer it to your hosting plan, follow these steps to upload the files and databases<\/b>:<\/p>File Upload<\/h2>
Choose the most suitable method from the following options based on your requirements:<\/p>
File Manager<\/a> <\/b>— <\/b>with an increased upload limit of 100 GB, use this method for larger files. You will need to manually extract the archive<\/a><\/b> after uploading<\/p>\n<\/li>\n FTP client<\/a><\/b> is recommended if you want to upload several files<\/b>, or large archives exceeding 100 GB<\/b>.
