Follow these steps to recover your account and regain access to your services:<\/p><h2 id=\"h_4b4919ae21\">Preparations<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Before beginning the recovery process, make sure you have the following:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">An alternative email address you can currently access.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">A document that verifies your identity and account ownership, such as a payment receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 id=\"h_10dc2648db\">Step 1 &mdash; Be sure to check your spam folder if it doesn&rsquo;t appear in your inbox.<\/p><p class=\"no-margin\">Click the <b>Start Account Recovery<\/b> link in the email to access the recovery form.<\/p><h2 id=\"h_fe5636e6bb\">Step 4 &mdash; Complete the account recovery form<\/h2><p class=\"no-margin\">Fill out the form with the following details:<\/p><ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">A domain name linked to your account &ndash; if you have several, provide any you can recall.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"no-margin\">Upload a document (in image or PDF format) that verifies your identity and account ownership. Examples and further instructions are included in the form.
